Oh, how I’ve missed this feeling! When you’re so totally tired after you get home from training that you barely have energy to put food on your plate. On weekdays the only thing worth going out of the house for, besides training - obviously, is to go to the grocery store to get more food. Makes you appreciate the weekends more, when you actually might have the energy to do something! Surely, I will get used to this soon, but right now I just want to enjoy every minute of my tiredness.
So, we got nicely here, and trainings have started with full blast. Adapting to the time difference is easier coming here, than going back to Europe, but nevertheless – at 6PM I’m ready to sleep. For two reasons. First, the training days are long, effective and I’m expected to produce high quality in everything I do. And secondly, because I can’t wait for tomorrow’s practice.
The group has welcomed me back nicely and the plans are set with the coaches. It feels like some sort of mental performance enhancement, because people believe in me, they trust in my abilities and know that I will achieve my goals, if I just stay focused on taking things step by step and getting each day done with as good quality as possible.
But now, I need to eat some more…
